Delete account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open OPTCG MX and sign in.
2. Tap More → View my profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately and you can no longer sign in with it.

If you can't access the app

Email us from your account's email address at soporte@optcgmx.com with the subject “Delete account – OPTCG MX”. If you still have access, include your account ID (in the app: More → Copy account ID). We may ask for some information to confirm it's you. We handle requests within 7 business days and confirm by email.

30 days to change your mind

After deleting it, you have 30 days to recover your account by contacting support. After that, we permanently and automatically delete it; it can't be recovered.

What we delete

• Your account: email, password, name, profile photo, country, currency and language.
• Your collection, decks, favorites and portfolios (including public ones).
• Your price alerts and notification preferences.
• Your AI assistant conversations and ratings.
• Your notification history, the reports you sent and your usage log.

What we keep

• Purchase records for PRO, for 5 years, for tax obligations.
• Technical backups, for a limited time until they're overwritten.

Google Play and RevenueCat keep their own records of your purchases under their policies.

Important: cancel your subscription

Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your PRO subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) so it doesn't renew.

Using the app without an account?

Then your data is only on your device. To delete it, uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone's settings.
